Cpl. Ian Flannigan's Daily PT Schedule
All exercises are in repititions of 20, 40, or 60, depending on time available.
1. Sit-ups, with feet anchored and knees bent.
2. Leg lifts, half are straight up and down half are held 45 degree while spreading and closing, keeping feet off the deck until finished.
3. Hindu squats.
4. Regular USMC push-ups.
5. Wide push-ups with feet elevated approximately 2'.
6. Three mile run in platoon formation. Click the Gunny's picture below for cadence.
